Is Shipping included in the purchase price?
To destinations in France yes. To other destinations, shipping costs and customs duties are usually extra.
When is payment due?
Full payment must be received before the Artwork is shipped. Once full payment is confirmed, the Artwork purchased will be shipped within 5 business days.
Your prices are quoted in Euros, can I pay in other currencies?
Yes, your chosen currency will automatically be converted into Euros. You will need to be sure that you are paying the correct equivalent Euro amount.
Who holds Copyright & Reproduction rights?
I, (the Artist) reserve all copyright and reproduction rights for my Artwork. The sale of the Artwork is not a sale or licence of Copyright to you (the Buyer). You agree not to reproduce or copy the Artwork.
Do you provide a Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes. A Certificate of Authenticity will be included with the purchased Artwork.
Are Artworks signed?
Yes, on the back of each painting and on the front of works on paper.
